Brahma

Brahma and Abrahim

Origin of word “Brahma”

Some claim that Brahma comes from Ibrahim. The truth is that Brahma does not come from Abraham. Brahma is attested in Rigveda and is much older.

Origin of word “Ibrahim”

The name/character of Ibrahim/Abraham is not Islamic. Abraham was originally a common name among idol worshiping Babylonians that was later stolen by monotheists.

Originally, Abraham was an idol worshiping farmer of Babylon. He lived 4000 years ago. He was a Polytheist.

Millennia later, Bible appropriated this name. Bible even claims in Genesis 17 that the name Abraham was created by the Biblical God. Archeology disproves Biblical claims.
