Churchill and Pakistan
Hindus have no clue about the shocking details of how Britain led by Churchill hatched the evil conspiracy to permanently break Bharat and create the Muslim country of Pakistan in order to gain strategic regional power & ingratiate themselves with the Islamic world. N.S. Sarila’s extensively-researched book, “The Shadow of the Great Game: The Untold Story of India’s Partition” reveals the sordid truth.
Sarila reveals that Churchill had ALREADY decided to break up India by March, 1945 knowing that Britain would have to leave the country. On May 5, 1945 - right after Germany surrendered, Churchill ordered the War Cabinet to come up with a policy on how to protect Britain’s long term strategic interests by ensuring a military connection even after Britain left India.
By May, 1947, the British Chiefs of Staff had already decided that Britain’s best strategic interest lay in getting access to ports like Karachi in Pakistan & “support of Muslim manpower” by including Pakistan in the British Commonwealth! By strongly supporting Pakistan, Britain would receive strategic support to counter Russia, gain the approval of the Muslim world and forever possess a ruthless counterpoint to contain India.
So infatuated were the Brits with Pakistan that they didn’t even care if India wouldn’t agree to a strategic partnership with the Brits, they were confident that just Pakistan - would be enough to “meet the majority of British strategic interests”.
They were only too willing to accept all of Jinnah’s obnoxious demands, so that Britain would not lose access to the “most important strategic facilities” of Pakistan, or the support of Muslims - “a numerous & loyal people from the British Commonwealth”. Ingratiating themselves with Jinnah’s Pakistan meant saving Britain’s reputation with the Muslim world & ensuring future cooperation of Middle Eastern countries.
This is how Bharat was sacrificed at the altar of Britain’s vile ambitions. Hindus never had a chance to save their own land, as our own pathetic leaders like Gandhi & Nehru acted like stooges in this nefarious game. The result was an irreversible mortal blow where Hindus not only lost a huge part of their own land to a terrorist Islamic nation, but were left in disbelief with a “secular” country containing many mini Pakistans which are still hostile to the Hindus.
