That is a painting of blowing up of Namdhari Kuka Sikhs who had revolted against cow slaughter in 1872 (notice white turban). It is falsely being claimed to be of Maulvi Mohammad Baqar.
Claim: Maulvi Mohammad Baqar started the first Urdu newspaper from New Delhi “Akhbar-uzz-zafar”. He was killed by blowing him through a cannon’s mouth by Britishers for anti-British reporting.
