How the Communist Party of India supported the creation of Pakistan in 1946

Communist Party of India leaders campaigned for the Muslim league & supported the Partition of India. In Oct 1945, EMS Namboodiripad said that CPI would wholeheartedly support Muslim league candidates in the 1946 elections. Muslim league won 29/29 seats in Madras presidency in 46. The same man who helped Jinnah in making Pak became d first CM of Kerala after independence. CPI tried to use cadres of All India Kisan sabha to campaign in support of Pakistan. Swami Sahajanand resigned to protest against the CPI move.
